Caregiver ran after child and pulled child up from the back of shirt, child attempted to pull away and caregiver pulled child up from the back of shirt. Caregiver is observed pulling another child out by one arm out of the tunnel in the playground. Caregiver ran after another child and grabbed child by the back of shirt and leading the child by the shirt. Note: Caregiver was terminated.
