During an investigation, there was sufficient evidence to support that a child was left unsupervised in the classroom for approximately less than 30 seconds. This was corrected when the staff notified the leadership team and corrective measures were taken. The operation provided an all staff training on supervision the same day. The operation has also implemented paper name to face sheets to ensure staff are aware of their group at all times. Management is also conducting regular checks in the classrooms at least one a day to ensure staff are keeping track of name to face sheets.
