This was corrected at inspection when it was determined that the child is no longer enrolled at the operation. Standard 746.2421(a) was discussed with the operation and the director and caregivers are aware of the need for written feeding instructions and how often they are to be updated.

A caregiver did not used good judgement when they fed an infant applesauce that was not authorized to be fed to the child by the parents. This was corrected by the director speaking to the caregiver about the expectations. The director conferenced with the caregiver on 3/8/23 about the feeding expectations of the children in care.

This was corrected at inspection when the licensing representative discussed standard 746.2431 with director and ways that the caregivers can stay current on infants daily activites. Director stated that the operation will begin using paper forms to record infants daily activities.
