This standard was reviewed on 3/17/2022 as a follow-up to a previous inspection and found deficient. The metal frame of the swing set that was taken down is rusted and on the playground accessible to children. It needs to be removed from the playground. A three person wooden swing with stand was observed on the playground with wooden boards missing from the seat and the back of the swing posing an entrapment risk to children. This was corrected at inspection as the swing was taken off the frame and removed from the playground.

A metal cover on a vent attached to the outside of the home is not secured and is sticking out. One of the legs on the frame of the swing set is bent making the swing set unstable. This swing set needs to be removed from the playground. The roof tops of two play houses have large areas of missing plasttic as well as cracked plastic. One piece of equipment with a slide has a hole in the plastic at the end of the slide as well as another hole toward the top of the piece of equipment. The a/c unit on the playground does not have a safeguard around the unit to prevent the children from having access. The gates to the fence around the playground are not secured to prevent the children from exiting the playground.
