A construction saw with a blade present was observed sitting on the playground along with construction debris. There was a panel of the fence missing from the playground area causing an open space. The sink in the kitchen was observed with rust around the handle to turn on and off the water. Electrical outlets were observed with masking tape over the holes of the outlets. This was corrected during the inspection when plastic outlet covers were replaced.
