Walkers are prohibited equipment and would allow infants to move around and have access to materials or may cause a hand injury to other infants during floor time. The deficiency was corrected during the inspection when the staff removed the infant out of the equipment and removed the prohibited equipment out of the classroom with CCR brought it to their attention.

Through interviews with staff and children, and review of photos, it was determined that a caregiver had allowed children to sit on a fence to take photos on 3/4/2024. When a child was trying to sit on the same fence on 3/5/2024, the child fell off the fence and received two fractures in their wrist.
