One infant who is 9 months of age was observed sleeping on a U-shaped pillow in the crib. A toy was observed placed in the infants crib while they were sleeping. The Director addressed no medical conditions with this child/infant.

A staff member was also allowed to have direct access to the children prior to having an FBI background check ran.
