Several caregivers were observed yelling at the children and humiliating them. It was also found that children are having to put their heads down as punishment.

It was confirmed that proper supervision was not maintained while children were using the restroom. Also, during inspection a child was observed to be left unattended in the cafeteria for approximately one minute.. There was another group in the cafeteria but they were not informed that the child was there.
