During a walk through of the classroom, Lysol cleaning wipes were observed on the sink in a room and accessible to the children. This was corrected during the inspection when the caregiver removed the chemicals and placed them on a shelf out of the reach of the children.

Broken toys with sharp edges were found on the playground. A picket on the wooden privacy fence was found to be broken with the broken part accessible to the children in care. Exposed nails were observed on the 2x4's installed at the bottom of the pickets. The broken toys were removed, the broken picket was replaced, and the nails were secured back onto the pickets during the inspection. Rebar was exposed near the above ground man cover and presents a tripping hazard.

3 children were observed sitting in high chairs and their safety straps were not secured. Operation staff secured the safety straps on each child after being informed.
