    During naptime television was observed on a cartoons' program. Television was turned off when I approached primary caregiver.

    Documentation to proof monthly test for Carbon Monoxide detectors and fire extinguisher, and fire drill practices shows that were not conducted and or documented in October and November. Fire drill was not able to be completed during inspection due to a child not feeling well.
