Facility records

The licensing records shown on facility pages are public records published by Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Child-Care Licensing. They concern licensed businesses, not private individuals.

Information you submit

If you choose to submit the contact form on a facility page, we collect only what you enter (such as your name, contact details, and a short description) for the purpose of connecting your request to a participating attorney in our network. We do not ask for sensitive identifiers such as a Social Security number, date of birth, or home address through that form.

We do not sell personal information. A submission may be shared with a participating attorney so they can contact you about your request; you can ask us to delete your submission at any time.
