    A child was asleep in the crib with a pacifier that had a strap and clip attached to it. The strap was attached to the child's clothing. Note-This standard is being added to replace minimum standard 746.2415(B) as the correct standard to be cited for the deficiency as result of administrative review. A follow-up inspection was completed on 8/5/21 and the operation was found to be in compliance during the inspection.
