This must be completed within 14 days of the start of the corrective action probation start date was not completed. There are no new house hold members or employees and therefore, this was not completed within 14 days of the corrective action starting for the three house-hold members that are over 14 years of age. **The operation corrected this at inspection when she reviewed the files for the three house hold members and completed the checklist. This is in compliance.
