    During investigation inspection, the floors near the sinks in the "Toddler 1" and School-Age 1" classroom were sticky and in need of cleaning. The floors in the "PreK 3 (2)" classroom restrooms were also dirty and in need of cleaning. Old food and used paper items were found on the floor in "Toddler 1" classroom. Unused daily cleaning checklists were found in these classrooms.
