During walk through it was observed infant was sleeping in the bouncer. Note: Caregiver immedaitely removed the infant from bouncer and placed infant inside the crib.

During this inspection the sign in and out information via the ProCare app was not immediately available for review. Once reviewed the sign in and out log it showed the following: None of the children in the Senior Infant room were signed in. Eight of thirteen children in the Toddler I class was signed in. Eight of fifteen children in the preschool room was signed in. The sign in and out log also showed eleven school age children were signed in but none were present at the operation.

One infant caregiver was observed caring for five children ages 8 weeks, 5 months, 5 months, 5 months, and 10 months. The specified age group is 0-11 which allows the caregiver to supervise a maximum group of four children. The caregiver was over ratio by one child. The caregiver in the Toddler I classroom was observed caring for 13 children. The specified age group for the classroom was 2 years old which allows the caregiver to supervise a maximum of 11 children.
