    Based on the information obtained during the DFPS investigation, it was determined caregiver did not provide adequate supervision when child in care walked out of the daycare unsupervised.

    During the inspection a caregiver provided the wrong amount of children they were responsible for. This was corrected when the caregiver counted the children again and provided the correct amount.

    During the inspection a caregiver did not provide the correct ages of the children twice when asked. This was corrected when the staff reviewed the role sheet to verify ages. Also the owner implemented staff writing the children's names and ages in a notebook daily.
