I observed two infants sleeping in restrictive devices. This was corrected when CCR staff asked for the children to be removed from the restrictive devices.

I observed a child less than 12 months old asleep in a crib with a pacifier in their mouth that had string and stuff animal hanging from it. This was corrected when the pacifier with the string and stuffed animal attached was removed from the crib.
