Observed one caregiver caring for 6 children ages 4 months to 19 months old. Two children were taken to another classroomroom leaving the classroom in compliance. The classrooms specified age group was 12-17 months old and was only allowed 5 children with one caregvier.

Observed the weed barrier under the swings were visable. causing a tripping hazard. There was not 6 inches of loose fill under the swings.
