    It was observed in the infant room that five of then cribs had loose fitted sheets on the mattresses. This was corrected when the director removed the crib sheets from the mattresses.

    This standard was investigated as part of an DFPS investigation and found to be in non-compliance. It was discovered that a staff had moved a child's foot with their foot and when the child kicked the staff, they grabbed the child and pulled them to the table by their arm.

    It was observed on the playground there were three broken toys on two playgrounds, there were cleaning supplies in the reach of children in two classrooms, there was a bag of garbage that had been placed in a children's restroom on the floor, and that there was trash on the floor of another classroom. The cleaning supplies was moved to an uppershelf in both classrooms.
