The operation hs not received notification from the CBCU that this individual's background check is eligible. NOTE: Individual left the operation during the inspection and a second caregiver joined the infant classroom to remain in child/caregiver ratio.

There were reds ants and exposed tree roots which are a tripping hazard for the children during outdoor play. -There were paint cans underneath the hand washing sink used by the children. Corrected at Inspection: A safety latch for the cabinet door was installed during the inspection.
