The fence gate off the back playground leading to the field would not latch all the way, had fire ants in the latch, and the fence was leaning. The red fire truck on the back playground had a warped board causing a possible trip or entrapment hazard. The fence gate between the two playgrounds was broken on the bottom of the gate exposing sharp metal.
