    During a DFPS investigation it was found that a child was left unsupervised in the outdoor play area/patio for at least 10 minutes. The caregiver responsible for this child was not within physical proximity of the child and did not have auditory or visual awareness of the child. During this same investigation, it was also determined that another child was unattended in the lobby area.
