This standard was reviewed in relation to the self-reported allegations and found to be deficient. The child was left alone in the classroom and was found by the assistant director. This was corrected immediately when the operation terminated the employee immediately.

The caregiver did not use good judgment when she transitioned the classroom into the gym. The caregiver did not count the children in the hallway to ensure all children were out of the room. One classroom had disinfectant wipes within reach of children. One classroom had a Lysol bottle within reach of children. These were corrected at inspection when the caregivers removed items out of reach of children.
