During a walk through of the building, one classroom stated that they had 12 children but actually had 13 children. When licensing asked again how many children they had, they stated they had 12 children. Licening had the caregivers count the children again and then they realized that they had 13 children in care and one hadn't been signed in for the day.

Observed an infant sleeping in a crib on top of a boppy pillow. This was corrected when the boppy pillow was reemoved from the crib.

Observed one classroom that had two classrooms mixed together due to low numbers. The two caregivers did not know how many children they had in care. They stated that there was 17 children and one caregiver had 9 and the other had 8 children but there was only 16 children in care and each classroom had 8 children total.

A caregiver placed an infant face down on a boppy pillow for tummy time and walked away from the infant. While the caregiver was away from the infant, the infant scooted down in the pillow and was unable to get out of the pillow themself.
