During an investigation it was discovered through video footage the following: A caregiver is observed pulling children, pushing a child into the table and kicking the chair that a child is sitting in.

A caregiver failed to use good judgment when the following actions were observed on video footage: a child was tapped on the head with a computer tablet, and soapy water was sprayed on the table where the children were sitting, causing the water to splash onto their faces and bodies. Additionally, the caregiver failed to inform the director when a parent raised concerns about inappropriate discipline.
