    Two children on two separate occasions were kept from joining their group for lunch and/or told they could not eat lunch until they put their shoes back on as a form of punishment which was for an extended amount of time ranging between1-2 1/2 hours. Children's scheduled lunch is between 11:45/12 and did not eat until 1 and 2:30 PM.
