    Video footage reviewed during this investigation showed a caregiver grabbing and yanking three children aggressively by their arms to the floor to force them to sit. She was additionally seen grabbing and dragging a child by the legs towards herself in order to hold the child still by holding her between her feet and lower legs.

    Video footage reviewed showed a caregiver demonstrating poor judgement and self-control while caring for children at the facility. She was seen pulling, pushing, and dragging children who were not behaving as she desired during the 15-minute video with both her hands and feet. She was also observed restraining a child who was laying on the floor by holding her torso between the caregiver?s feet.

    Based on information gathered and interviews conducted, inadequate supervision was determined to have occurred when a child was seen standing outside the door unsupervised when the child was quickly found after the class entered the building from the playground.
