    When reviewing the eight staff members' 24 hours of yearly training, it was found that three staff members were short on their required training hours. One staff member was short 2 hours in emergency preparedness. A second staff member was short 6 hours in emergency preparedness, administering medication, preventing the spread of germs, as well as culture and diversity training. The third staff member did not complete 12 hours of required training in topics such as SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome), teacher-child interaction, the emergency preparedness plan, administering medication, and cultural diversity.
