One infant had a bib inside of the crib with her and had a long toy sitting over the top of the crib on the frame of the crib while the infant was inside of the crib asleep. A second infant was alseep with a bib on and had a small toy inside of the crib with him. The items were removed from inside of the crib and from the top of the crib during inspection.
