    At the time of the inspection a wire hung low and loose, coming out of the building. A water hose was piled near a shed at on the playground area. A water drip line ran under the fence from the front of the building to the playground area and was loosely piled on the ground. During the visit the staff cut the line from the building and removed it. The water hose was gathered and placed inside the shed. The loose drip line was removed, cut up, and thrown away by staff.
