    Based on information obtained during an investigation a caregiver grabbed a child and pulled them away from a group as a response to the child's behavior. This left a mark on the child's forearm.

    At the time of the inspection a caregiver had not had their background check run under the new permit and was present in a classroom with children.

    At the time of the inspection crumpled paper towels, plastic cups, and styrofoam bowls were observed on the playground. Paper towels, plastic cups with water, crumpled toilet paper at the base of the toilets and crackers on the floor were observed in the classroom.
