There was dog feces and trash debris on the playground where children were observed playing. On the back porch, multiple electric power tools were plugged into a wall socket and accessible to children. The living room blinds, were drawn for lighting, and the cords were hanging down and the children were playing with them. The kitchen cabinet was locked, the cords from the blinds were wrapped up and made inaccessible to the children, the power tools were covered with a blanket and out of reach to the children. This was corrected at inspection.
