A wooden pallet was observed in the backyard with sharp edges, creating a hazard. The wooden exit door was taken off the hinge, creating a hazard. A latch was not installed on the cabinet under the kitchen sink that had cleaning supplies. The gargage door steel opener was observed in the backyard, creating a hazard.
