    Based on the investigation findings, this standard was reviewed and found to be in non-compliance with the Minimum Standards for Child-Care Centers. The caregiver grabbed the arm of three children on two separate occasions.

    Based on the investigation findings, this standard was reviewed and found to be in non-compliance with the Minimum Standards for Child-Care Centers. During a transition back into the classroom, the caregiver pushed a child as they were attempting to walk back towards the direction they came from as a way to redirect the child. This caused the child to fall onto his bottom.

    Based on the investigation findings, this standard was reviewed and found to be in non-compliance with the Minimum Standards for Child-Care Centers. The caregiver did not demonstrate good judgement when they picked up a child from their torso and carried them to their mat, the child was parallel to the ground. The caregiver also did not demonstrate good judgement when they said out loud to the children that naptime is not optional.
