A caregiver was not able to properly supervise children in care when the caregiver was taking children to the bathroom while other children were in the classroom which caused a lack of supervision and an incident occurred in the classroom without the caregivers knowledge.

A fire drill was conducted during the inspection, the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were tested and the fire extinguishers were checked, bringing the facility into compliance.
