Toothpaste tube was on the bathroom counter and shampoo bottles were on the bathtub in the bathroom used by children in care. These were removed and stored out of reach of the children in care. The yard was found to have the following items not fenced or out of reach of the children in care: 2 push lawn mowers, a riding lawn mower, equipment supplies, rakes, shovels, hoe, debris stored on backside of shed, on the side of the shed, and inside a black short trailer, fire starter liquid was on BBQ pit shelf, shed door had staples protruding from where some frames have come off, and a camper on the ground with items on top of it.
