    A caregiver was observed transitioning a group of children to the bathroom. A child in the care of the caregiver kept leaving the room after being told not to. The caregiver was also observed allowing a group of children to return to the classroom alone while two other children remained in the bathroom. The children returned back to the group when finished.

This was corrected during the inspection. The provider cleaned the toilets and removed the garbage.
